A lifelong artist and writer, S.K. Ocean has worked in the animation industry as an art director for over a decade, and co-wrote and illustrated an early reader graphic novel series for Simon & Schuster. She graduated from Ringling College of Art & Design with a BFA in Illustration.

Her debut novel, Drawn to You, is a contemporary romance set in the Hollywood animation industry. She is currently writing her second novel.
